This notice covers enquiries and registrations submitted through this website. Backup Google Forms store responses separately; their form notices also apply. Information you choose to provide
We collect your name, email, country, company or team name where applicable, languages and dialects, service interests, operating regions, team size, capacity, quality assurance approach, experience, skills, availability, optional equipment information, project volume and timeline, and optional public website or portfolio. The website records the submission time and a reference number, and uses the submitted details to identify recent identical requests. Please do not submit identity documents, banking information, sensitive personal information or confidential client datasets.
How information is used
We use project enquiries to assess requirements and respond. We use supplier and freelancer profiles to assess suitability and contact you about relevant opportunities. We also use submission records to limit repeated requests. Registration information is not displayed publicly or shared with other applicants.
Access and hosting
Submissions are stored in the website’s hosted database and reviewed through a restricted administration area. When email alerts are enabled, our email delivery provider (Resend) processes a notification containing only the submission type and reference number, sent to our company mailbox; applicant details remain in the administration area. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information to operate the website and may process data outside your country. We do not sell registration details. Any project-specific sharing of contributor information, recordings or other collected data requires separately agreed arrangements.
Retention and your choices
We keep submissions while they remain relevant to the enquiry or potential collaboration. We review retained information and remove it when no longer needed, subject to any applicable recordkeeping duties. You can request access, correction, withdrawal from the contributor or supplier pool, or deletion by emailing us from the address used in your submission. We may need to verify the request before acting.
Cookies and technical information
The public forms do not require an account. This website does not add advertising or analytics trackers. Infrastructure providers may process technical connection information for security and service operation. The restricted administration area uses ChatGPT sign-in and its associated session functionality.
Project data and consent
Registering a profile does not authorize collection or licensing of recordings, images or other project data. Individual projects require their own instructions, eligibility checks, consent and commercial terms. Registration is intended for adults aged 18 or older.
